The 2000 Minervois La Livinière has the fragrance of strawberry, cherry and red currant. In the mouth, bright cherry, red currant and plum fruits are combined with very soft, round tannins and a fine texture. The finish is sweet, clean and intensely fruity. Lush, bright and attractive, this Syrah-based red will drink beautifully over the next 5 years. |
